I know how overwhelming it can feel when life doesn’t go as planned. Having navigated infertility struggles, anxiety, and life transitions myself, I bring compassion, evidence-based techniques, and healing spaces to support you in navigating uncertainty and finding balance.

    Trying to conceive can be emotionally overwhelming. I support individuals through the highs and lows of fertility treatment, pregnancy loss, and difficult decisions. Together, we navigate the uncertainty, grief, and relationship challenges that come with your journey.

    Life transitions , whether fertility challenges, career changes, relationship shifts, or unexpected events, can bring overwhelming stress. I help you develop strategies to manage stress, navigate change, and find balance.

    • Managing chronic stress, burnout, or overwhelm

    • Adjusting to major transitions (career, relationships, family, fertility outcomes)

    • Rebuilding routines and daily structure for stability

    • Strengthening emotional resilience and self-care habits

    • Learning relaxation, mindfulness, or grounding techniques

    • Balancing competing priorities and responsibilities

  • EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing)

    This is a specialized training I completed: EMDR is an evidence-based therapy that helps the brain process distressing memories and experiences. It’s highly effective for trauma, anxiety, grief, and the emotional challenges that can come with infertility or major life transitions. EMDR provides a structured way to release the weight of difficult experiences and move forward with greater emotional ease.
