Online Counselling
Virtual sessions offer the same supportive experience from the comfort of your own home. Online counselling can be a flexible option if you live elsewhere in BC or prefer meeting remotely.
Telephone Counselling
For some clients, speaking by phone feels easier or more accessible. Telephone sessions provide a confidential space for support without the need for video.

Employee Benefits Insurance for RCC
Some employee benefit insurance programs cover the costs associated with seeing a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC). I always suggest to clients to check with your insurance company and group plan as eligibility may vary depending on who your provider is.
