Reclaiming Joy After Unexpected Childlessness (90 mins)

$0.00

🌿 This workshop is funded by Butterfly Support Network. There is no cost to eligible participants.

Living HeartFULLY: Reclaiming Joy After Unexpected Childlessness is a 90-minute healing space for women and assigned female at birth (AFAB) individuals who have reached the end of their fertility journey and are learning how to live in the “after.”

I created this space as a compassionate, grief-informed offering to honour the loss of the life once imagined, while gently exploring identity, meaning, and moments of joy beyond parenthood. Together, we slow down, tend to the nervous system, and create room for reflection, without pressure to move on, feel grateful, or “find the silver lining.”

Through grounding practices, guided reflection, and connection with others who understand this path, participants are invited to explore grief, resilience, and what it might mean to live a meaningful and fulfilling life alongside loss. Joy is approached gently here, not as something to force or perform, but as something that can quietly coexist with grief.

I bring both my professional experience as a Registered Clinical Counsellor and my own lived experience of unexpected childlessness to guide this space with care, respect, and sensitivity. My intention is to offer a supportive, participant-focused environment where you are met exactly where you are.

Sharing is always optional. There is nothing to fix, decide, or resolve. This space exists to support you in reclaiming a sense of self, connection, and possibility, at your own pace.

A Note About This Space: Living HeartFULLY is a dedicated space for women and assigned female at birth (AFAB) who have made the decision to stop pursuing conception or who are no longer able to conceive. If you are currently trying to conceive, considering your options, or feeling uncertain about your path, I encourage you to seek out groups designed to support that stage of your journey. This intention helps protect the safety and integrity of this space.
