At the Crossroads: Navigating Fertility Decisions
🌿 This workshop is funded by Butterfly Support Network. There is no cost to eligible participants.
Living HeartFULLY: At the Crossroads is a 90-minute healing space for women and assigned female at birth (AFAB) individuals who are trying to conceive or undergoing fertility treatments and find themselves in a place of uncertainty, wondering whether to keep going, pause, or consider stopping.
I created this space as a compassionate, grief-informed offering for those navigating ambivalence, hope, exhaustion, and the complexity of being at a crossroads, without pressure to decide. Together, we slow down, tend to the nervous system, and create room for reflection — without expectation, judgment, or a need for resolution.
Through grounding practices, guided reflection, and connection with others who understand this path, participants are invited to explore their feelings, clarify values, and gently consider what steps feel most aligned with their wellbeing. Sharing is always optional. There is nothing to fix or solve, only a supportive container to listen more deeply to yourself and your needs.
I bring both my professional experience as a Registered Clinical Counsellor and my own lived experience navigating fertility and reproductive choices to guide this space with care, respect, and compassion. My intention is to offer a steady, supportive environment where uncertainty is welcomed and participants are met exactly where they are.

A Note About This Space: Living HeartFULLY was created by Kirsten Sherlock and is a dedicated space for women and assigned female at birth who are navigating fertility decisions. If you are no longer in this stage or are looking for support after ending fertility treatments, please see Reclaiming Joy After Unexpected Childlessness or other groups designed for that journey. This intention helps protect the safety and focus of this space.
