You are warmly invited to a gentle, soul-nourishing day retreat designed for women, and those assigned female at birth (AFAB), who are navigating the tender path of life without children. Whether by circumstance or choice, this space is for you.

Together, we’ll gather in the serene beauty of River Haven Farm in Pitt Meadows — a place where nature holds and restores — to reconnect with joy, creativity, and each other, even as we hold space for the grief that may still linger.

This day is about feeling less alone. It's about reclaiming happiness, discovering passion, and finding new ways to thrive in a life that didn’t unfold quite the way we hoped.

Kirsten Sherlock, MC, RCC, CCC
Founder of Living HeartFULLY

Living HeartFULLY was born from my own journey through the deep grief of unexpected childlessness. I didn’t know what to do with the heaviness I was carrying, or how to begin healing. For a long time, I was angry at my body and disconnected from it. Over time, I’ve learned that it’s possible to hold space for both grief and joy — to honour what was lost while also making room for what’s still to come.

This retreat is an offering from my heart — a space to rest, reconnect, and be gently supported, just as I once needed.

I’m honoured to be joined by two wise and compassionate women, Leisa and Lynn (see bios below) who each bring their own unique gifts to this experience.

Together, we’ve created a day that welcomes all of you — your story, your body, your sorrow, and your hope.

You can read more about my story here.

Leisa Marie, MA, GRComm
Owner of Wonder Bar Creative

Leisa's artistic process lives at the intersection of healing and human connection — informed by a Master’s Degree in Graphic Communication, four generations of creative lineage, and a trauma-informed practice, Leisa creates art not simply as self-expression, but as a method of connection and support to those on healing journeys.

Deeply influenced by the nuances of human interaction, Leisa is captivated by the evolving essence of identity, and how shared experience reshapes the trajectory of who we are.

Leisa is open about how painting saved her life - and it has brought forth my soul-path to lovingly service the healing journeys of others through therapeutic art experiences. Leisa offers participants a safe place to land, moments of artistic ritual with humility, insight, and deep respect for those who graciously trust her with their personal stories.

Leisa invites you to gift yourself the healing benefits of making art, and find your liberty through art and human connection.

Lynn Moseley, Co-Founder at River Haven Farm
CEO and Lead Facilitator
MBA (Leadership and Management Consulting)
Certified xchange Guide (ICF Recognized)

Lynn Moseley's journey reflects the transformative power of conscious leadership, vulnerability, and connection. With over three decades in the corporate sector, Lynn's path may seem an unexpected bridge to leadership development, yet beneath it all lies a profound understanding of the human need for authenticity, collaboration, and belonging.

Lynn’s deep connection with horses began early in life, but it was during her time volunteering at a therapeutic riding center that she rediscovered the profound impact of equine therapy. Witnessing the powerful bonds between horses and individuals facing personal and professional challenges, she felt called to integrate this healing potential into leadership and team-building. She recognized that the lessons learned from horses—presence, trust, and non-verbal communication—are exactly what today’s corporate teams need to thrive in a rapidly evolving world.

Lynn envisioned River Haven Farm not just as a place of healing, but as a leadership development space where corporate teams and management groups can explore vulnerability, embrace authentic communication, and build trust under the guidance of equine partners. Her mission is to create an environment where leadership and personal growth flourish, empowering individuals to lead with empathy, clarity, and resilience.

At the heart of Lynn's work is a commitment to fostering conscious leadership and interconnectedness. Through her workshops, she invites corporate teams to discover their collective strength, reminding them that in vulnerability lies the foundation for strong, cohesive teams. Lynn's vision is to inspire a shift in the way leadership is understood and practiced, creating a ripple effect of emotional intelligence, collaboration, and trust that extends beyond the individual to the corporate world and beyond.
